Shipping Terms & Conditions (United Kingdom)

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders placed within the United Kingdom are processed upon confirmation of purchase. Dispatch will occur within three (3) business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery within the United Kingdom is estimated to occur within four (4) to ten (10) business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may arise due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including courier service disruptions or exceptional circumstances.

Risk and Title

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer. Ownership of the goods shall pass upon full payment and delivery.

Liability

We shall not be liable for delays occurring after dispatch where such delays are attributable to third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by UK law.

 

Pre-Order Shipping Terms & Conditions (United Kingdom)

Pre-Order Availability

Products offered for pre-order are not held in stock at the time of purchase and are made available for advance reservation only.

Dispatch Timeframe

Once the pre-order period has concluded, orders will be processed for dispatch within Twenty-one (21) to Thirty-one (31) days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. This timeframe reflects production, quality control, and logistical preparation.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes commence from the date of dispatch and are provided as estimates only. While we make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Should a significant delay occur, customers will be notified accordingly.

Separate Orders

If a pre-order item is purchased alongside in-stock items, the entire order may be held and dispatched together unless otherwise stated.
