Returns Policy – Nastopian
1. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may return goods purchased from Nastopian in accordance with this policy and applicable UK consumer protection law.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from damage.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.

Items must not be stained or altered in any way.
2. Return Procedure

Our team will provide instructions for the return and confirm your eligibility. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
3. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
4. Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and verified to meet the eligibility criteria above.

If the returned item is damaged, worn, stained, or missing tags, or otherwise fails to meet our return conditions, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days following confirmation of the item’s condition.

6. Liability
Nastopian is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Responsibility remains with the customer until the returned goods are received and accepted by Nastopian.
